Veteran Case Management: TEARS shall provide case management services to veterans, focusing on comprehensive support to address their individual needs, including but not limited to healthcare access, legal assistance, financial counseling, and social reintegration.

Veteran Housing Assistance: TEARS will facilitate housing support for veterans, providing resources and assistance to secure stable, safe, and affordable housing options for veterans and their families.

Veteran Employee Development and Job Placement: TEARS will offer programs designed to assist veterans in transitioning to civilian employment. This includes workforce readiness training, skill development workshops, job placement services, and career counseling, with an emphasis on enhancing employability and fostering sustainable career growth.
